Cancellation Policy
•NEW CLIENTS -Please Book a Consultation -If you plan on getting a facial right after your consultation, please reserve the appropriate service that you want to schedule for. I recommend the New Client Facial Treatment. This is to reserve the appropriate time for your appointment so that other clients don’t book in between your appointments. -Please be sure to bring the skin care products that you are currently using and prescription medications. •Please arrive with a clean face/ no makeup! •PAYMENTS: -ALL Deposits must be paid in order to reserve your appointment and are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you reschedule within 24 hours; the deposit will be used toward your next service if you do cancel ahead of time - A card is required on file in order to complete your booking. You will not be charged until the day of your appointment. •Absolutely NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA PEOPLE allowed due to COVID-19 to make sure we are taking as many safety precautions as possible. They will be asked to sit in the car. • Cancellations/Rescheduling -You can reschedule ONE time 24 hours before your appointment, if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of service. There is a 10 minute grace period if you are late. OTHERWISE if you are 15 minutes late, there is a $10 late fee that will be added to your service price. If you are 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule for a different day and the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please consider the fact that I do have other clients and their service time is just as precious as yours! :) •NO SAME DAY RESCHEDULING •NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% of service Thank you for your business!
